Enjoy gazing at the stars, which are truly amazing here because we are far from sources of light pollution. On a cloudless night, it is magnificent!

We are located above Canadice Lake – one of the 2 pristine Finger Lakes supplying water to Rochester. With no houses on the lake, it will feel like you are stepping back in time.
The home is situated on 52 acres of seclusion and remarkable quiet, with breathtaking vistas that recharge the spirit. A long tree-lined driveway leads you to the house. The property has 2 ponds, multiple wooded trails, and stunning views from every direction. There are plenty of State Forest trails nearby as well, to reconnect with nature.

The house has a spacious deck overlooking the pond and beyond. An outdoor table seats 6, and there are other seating “pods”, including 2 deck chairs. A grill is available for outdoor cooking. And you can relax in the hot tub, morning or night. Gather around the fire pit to hang out and chat, or to roast marshmallows.

Upstairs
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all your cooking and entertainment needs. The dining area has a table that seats 6 comfortably.
Great Room: Features a smart TV, electric fireplace console and sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a full private bathroom with a washer/dryer room attached. There is a second bedroom & another full bathroom.

Bedroom: There is a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds, an electric fireplace, and a closet.
Family room: The area can be used as a 4th bedroom. It includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a second sofa, dresser, and a smart TV.
Other Areas: Adjacent to the family room is a wet-bar/kitchenette, gas wood stove, and a sitting area great for playing board games, reading a book or just relaxing with a glass of wine or tea. At the end of the hallway is our traditional dry sauna room and third full bathroom.
